I've seen a lot of massage devices online but this was the best one for the price easily. I workout 5 times a week and play basketball so my calves get really sore a lot. Foam rollers are not that effective and takes a while to loosen my muscles but with thIs massage gun, it soothes my legs and back instantly. Different heads are also provided which can be helpful for all types of situations. This massage gun provides relief deep into the muscle tissue for a longer lasting effect instead of other devices that stay more on the surface of the muscle for just quick temporary relief. It's very easy to use as well and not obnoxiously loud like other therapy guns. The description says battery lasts 3-6 hours but mine works for 12 hours before the next charge is needed. I’ve had used for about 7 days, and I am feeling well. In the beginning, I used a lower speed for 7-10 min each time. So far, I use this product twice a day and it works great! Hope my shoulder muscle can be recovered soon.It workrd fine for 1 month them stopped working. Very dissapointed.Massager was very impressive.
